Description:
Medium-large Ranch looking for leasee for 2025, would prefer a long-term situation to benefit both parties.

The grazing would start May 1st (possible flexibility) and want to end October (Also flexible for the right situation).

Want to find someone with the same vision that we could do long-term leases with 3 years plus. If we find the right person this would likely be a very long-term situation(10+ years)

We have been custom grazing yearling replacement heifers full care for the last two years and would want 800-1500 yearlings (timeline dependent) for the summer.

Very open to other classes of animals like sheep or goats.
