LOCATION: The ranch consists of approximately 1500 acres and 200 momma cows. Hay is produced on the ranch. Duties and Responsibilities: Seeking a self-started, motivated individual with necessary skills in grazing management, animal husbandry, welding, and equipment repair and maintenance, with communication skills. Job duties include but not limited to the following: Use low-stress stockmanship to move and handle cattle. Shipping and receiving cattle. Maintain grass and fencing. Processing livestock. Perform a variety of farm and ranch management. Problem solving. Good judgment. Motivated. Good work ethic. Professionalism-Controls emotions in stressful situations accepts responsibility for own actions. Promotes a safe work environment self-starter and willing to work extended hours to complete goals.
