So ladies, we invite you to get to know this beautiful true red roan gelding that is stout built with a good pedigree that goes back to DUAL PEP. Cowboy completed a natural horsemanship program and he is Mr. Personality! In addition to personality and his good looks, he also has the smooth moves as he will spin around, slide stop, is truly one hand broke. Need a nap at the end of a hard day? He will just lay right down with you (he is also trained to sit). Cowboy is a true ranch horse and he will do his job correctly for any rider! He has pasture roped and doctored sick ones. He has been roped on out of the box on both sides. We have hauled him to team sortings and he is very cowy. Cowboy has been trail ridden across the US from Montana to South Florida. He will cross creeks, ditches, logs, navigate rough rocky areas and even wade into the ocean. He is safe riding in traffic. He has a smooth jog, a very nice easy to set lope, a good stop, spins a circle both ways and backs with ease! Our two girls have ridden Cowboy all over our place, through our herd, up/down the roughest trails that we have and he has carried them safely every time.
