I’m Smitten aka Romeo is a beautiful 15hh, 10 year old, Bay, Registered Quarter Horse Gelding! He has an outstanding pedigre sired by the well known cutting horse RapCat who is sired by the all the great High Brow Cat! Romeo has done it all on the ranch from herding to roping and doctoring cattle. He has been rode in big country with rough terrain. He has been in the cutting pen and is a great horse for team sorting! He is a good rope prospect as well that could go on either side. He is great on the trails and he will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He is safe riding in traffic. He has a smooth jog, a nice lope, will slide stop, turns a circle both ways, sidepasses and backs with ease! Romeo has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been rode many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. Romeo is a great horse for anyone who has work to do out on the ranch, if you want to enter the team roping, put him in the sorting pen or if you just want to mosey along down the trails.
