Marchek Ranch, a family cow/calf operation in Harper, Oregon, seeks a clean, trustworthy, and capable individual for a Farm/Ranch position who enjoys working in a variety of roles. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of farming and ranching. Skills in cattle handling, feeding, calving, equipment operation, fencing, irrigation, and mechanics preferred. Maintaining a professional and clean appearance, the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, trustworthiness, integrity, and a strong work ethic are very important to us. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience and growth opportunities for the right individual. Housing, hay, and board for two horses are provided. Potential for a yearly bonus and beef.
