Description:
My name is Thomas Hamel and I am 19 years old. Currently, I am a freshman at Montana State University - Bozeman and am originally from Northern California. At Montana State, I am currently pursuing a degree in Animal Science with a concentration on Livestock Management and Industry.



In addition to my studies at Montana State, I have been working on a ranch part time in Belgrade. However I will be moving to full time work starting next semester. My duties on the ranch mainly include cleaning stalls, fixing fences, and other miscellaneous tasks. I am able to run a tractor as well as forks too.



Prior to my current work, I have worked as a laborer at a heavy equipment rental company and as a project engineer intern for a local construction company back home. When it comes to work I am more than willing to get dirty or do whatever is asked of me. However when it comes to ranching and working on a ranch I would say I know little but am trying to gain more experience.
