Description:
S. SCHMITT-MAKER marked bit by noted Arizona maker Steve Schmitt. In very good and proably never used condition. Hand engraved silver on the top, bottom, outside, as well as silver and brass on the lip bar. Comes with the rein chains. 5" mouth. Copper covered cricket. 7 3/8" cheeks. Copper inlays in the back of the mouth. He made great bits and spurs and many have sold for high prices in some of the major auctions. Do not think that he makes at this time. We pay shipping within the 48 states and accept most forms of payment.
