Montana is an eight year old ranch gelding that stands 16 hands tall. He has been used on the ranch roping, sorting, shipping and branding. He has an excellent handle and big pretty stop. He has also been well started on the head side in the practice pen. He rates and handles cattle nicely. He is also great in the box. Montana has been used in the remote backcountry on several elk hunts, he is no stranger to rugged steep mountains. He has lead pack strings in and out of the wilderness.
