Meg is a gorgeous 15.2H liver chestnut mare that is big boned, stout and fancy. She would be a nice addition to any family. She is broke nice with a good handle. She carries her head level, neck reins, directs reins, flexes both ways, pivots, picks up her leads, lopes circles, has a big stop and backs up easily. She rides great in both the indoor and outdoor arenas.

She’s been used on the ranch to gather, move and pen cows. You can send the kids out on her to prowl pastures. You can load trucks on her. Or let grandpa spend the day checking fences on her.

Meg is a great trail horse and has been lots of miles. She’s been hauled to Lake Ray Roberts and The National Grasslands to ride trails there. She’s also been hauled out of state for big trail rides. She rides through the water, goes over logs and will cross a bridge. She doesn’t care if you ride in the front or the back of the herd. She will also ride out alone without a problem. We’ve ridden her down the highway to the gas station and the local tack store. We’ve taken her and ridden all over the Fort Worth Stockyards in the traffic, commotion and the bright lights.

She has been used as a guest horse to give rides to inexperienced people. She has also been used for photo shoots for weddings.
