Looking for a solid horse for trail riding, ranch work, or showing? Introducing Peanut!



Peanut is a registered American Quarter Horse. He has been successful in the arena and thrives outside. Proficient in ground work, you can move his feet as needed while preparing for the day. He loads and unloads in the trailer if you need to haul. He’ll go for several days in a row- no quit in this guy! If you have livestock, he’s a first pick when the job needs to get done with sheep, goats or cattle. He’s been roped off of both inside and outside the arena. Peanut can be given cues by direct rein, indirect (neck) rein, and leg pressure.



Peanut has worked with therapeutic riding for individuals with special needs, and has had special needs riders command him from the saddle. Peanut has worked at a summer camp for 3 years for kids who are beginner riders, and he has helped to teach them the basics. He has been dressed ups and decorated at these camps, and has performed his job with no spook.



Peanut has been sound and sure-footed, especially outside in the rocks and navigating steep terrain.
