I am Richard Fry; a resident of Randall County Texas; my wife and I reside just west of Canyon. I have been involved in the ranching and real estate businesses for the past 40 years.

As an owner considering how best to manage your property, in an environment of near constant change in government programs, commodity prices, weather related risks and unknown future calamities none of us can predict, please consider my services as a resource to help.

First and foremost, if you have grazing land and are considering renewing a CRP contract for less than $20 per acres, or otherwise leasing your land, I am looking for more pasture land for our livestock in order to expand our operation. Please call me, I would welcome that discussion. I am a firm believer in pasture rotation and like running cows. If you would like to see your land put back into livestock production, want to have control of it outside of government programs, and have more flexibility please call me.

The primary reason to consider this offer is in my mission statement as follows:
