2019 gelding



Appah is a 14.2 hand 2019 sorrel with flaxen mane, one blue and one blue flecked eyes, and a ton of chrome gelding. He has done every aspect of ranch and sale barn work as well as some pasture and branding pen roping (wrestle and fork brandings). Very flexible and soft young guy. Has a little cow to him and easy to get where you need, not a dead head but not hyper/chargey either. He is very gentle! Side pass, gets gates, ride bareback good, steps up to fence for mounting, can pull calf sled and flag off of him, nice stop and back with seat/leg cues, nice little turn arounds, hobble broke, easy to halter and bridle (catches you), good to load/bathe/farrier (has had shoes, sometimes can pull away hinds so needs some more work holding super nice), and stands tied (at times will do a little pawing). He is used to dogs and motorized vehicles zooming around (air and land ones). He’s one that will be a whole family horse in no time (hes pretty much there). He does real well with time off, just needs a little reminding of his flexing/bending ect. Dont need to let go but downsizing a little in my herd since downsized our cattle herd. I also had a baby in February so extra funds be nice.

He just participated in his first parade this summer and did great!
