Description:
Looking for a live in ranch hand to perform morning and evening chores - mucking stalls, feeding animals, keeping the barn clean, etc. as well as animal care and exercise.



3 Horses, 2 mini-donkeys, 6 goats, chickens, ducks, dogs and cats. Horse experience not necessary, but it is preferred.



This is an ideal situation for a young person who wants to move out of their house, but may not want their own place yet.



Work only covers the cost of rent and utilities (within reason). There may be opportunities to make money doing other ranch work. Having your own car is a must, as we are located about 30 mins from town.



You would have your own room and bathroom in a two story house on the second floor. The second floor has it’s own kitchen and living room that would be for your use, but you may need to share them if we have family/friends visit. We live on the first floor with our own kitchen/living room. There is a home gym on the second floor that we use regularly.



We work full time and go out of town occasionally. What we want is someone we can trust to take care of the animals and free us up to take care of other things. Expect this position to last around 6 months, then we can re-evaluate the situation for possible continuation.
