Description:
15.2hh, 1150lbs, 50/50 Friesian-QH Cross gelding. This big, blue gelding has all the foot, bone, and cadence you could ever want in a crossbred horse and is friendlier than a puppy dog. Blizzard rides as quietly in an arena as he does outside and is level headed down the trail. Although he has been ridden primarily in western tack, he has gone under English tack as well and is a big time prospect to take in that direction too. Blizzard picks up both leads and goes lovely at a lope, has a big stop like a quarter horse, and turns around slow and correct. He will take contact and collect or will ride one handed. He stands like a statue for baths, saddling, and is easy to bridle. He will meet you anywhere in the pasture to be caught and is overly friendly with a great personality. Trail riding, eventing, cowboy or classical dressage… the possibilities for this gelding are endless. Blizzard has a recent PPE, flexes and sound on all four limbs.
