We have 145 Royal White (Dorp-Croix) early March – early April born ewe lambs available. These ewe lambs will grow into productive and profitable females that are built to last. Pairing the parasite tolerance and the hardiness of the St. Croix with the heavy muscled traits of the Dorper make this cross the ultimate pasture sheep, which is why we have used them at Hodges Ranch for over two decades. These are true hair sheep and will not need to be sheared.

In addition, we have had our ewes on an accelerated lambing program (three lamb crops in two years) and they will breed out of season with no issues. Royal White ewes also are more prolific and will birth and raise more sets of twins.
