Description:
Possum is a barn favorite, standing right at 15.3 he is an eye full. We have had Possum for 4 years and he’s been used for everything under the sun. Possum is great to head steers on, pickup broncs and shag bulls on. He has been used to drag calves, gather, and had many long days the the feed yard. Possum has plenty of run if you need it but will dial down for a beginner when you ask him to. This big classy gelding has been used to break many colts, he is a phenomenal pony horse and he has a fantastic mind. Possum has a pretty way of moving and is smooth as glass. He has a ground covering trot and a sweet slow lope. Possum has the fancy all the buttons. Fun spins, a deep stop and he’s even trained to curbside mount and lay down! Possum has also recently been hauled to the local horse show and shown in the English and ranch riding and trail classes. Versatility is what this cool gelding is all about, he rides like a little horse with the smooth stride of a big horse.
