Description:
Jessie has the mind and conformation to make a nice solid ranch, performance or kid/4H project. She is foundation papered/bred and her pedigree boasts with renowned names such as Poco Bueno, Hancock, and Two Eyed Jack. Her sire is athletic (15+ hands), stout, and puppy dog gentle as I’ve experienced in person and her dam comes from true foundation lines out of Nebraska. Both parents are flashy with color too, but just good, honest working horses that this filly will likely carry on in her future.



She will make a great candidate in and out of the show ring if that’s what you choose but is ready to excel in her next career.



Currently stands about 14.2 hands with a little growing room left and is big boned and athletic. She carries a very willing and trainable temperament. She’s been an easy and respectful horse to work with every time I’ve pulled her out. Has a slow, solid, and correct foundation on all her groundwork. Moves out away from pressure with ease. Lunges, hard ties, picks up feet, loads in and out of a stock trailer, and easy to catch. Been desensitized to flags, tarps, and grain sacks.



This mare currently has six rides and counting on her, each one successful with no buck or silly behavior. She has a very light touch to her and soft to a snaffle. Smooth, smooth, smooth in her riding thus far! She has a bright future and will be a pleasant mount to have or go compete on.



Her papers say Grulla as a foal, but needs to be updated to a Dun.



Up to date on vaccinations and dewormer. She’s lived outside her whole life with other horses, so she has a couple bite marks and one small scar across her chest that is cosmetic but none of which affect her soundness.
