Description:
Searching for semi-long term full time work. Preferably looking for yearling or cow/calf operation that can teach where I am lacking. Current contract ends late December 2023 so can move beginning of year.



Young but very teachable and willing to do just about anything under the sun. More than willing to relocate to anywhere in the lower 48.



2.5-3 yrs experience in the following:



- everything haying & grain in operations

- heavy equipment operation

- horseback/starting colts

- spring processing & branding

- fall weaning & shipping

- chute work

- sorting, gathering, roping, dragging, horseback & foot

- basics of range & ranch management

- computer skills regarding recordkeeping & statistics

- all welding processes & construction





Experience I am looking for:



- more roping/doctoring

- lot more horseback time

- further understanding of ranch management

- calving



Really any experience is good experience just looking for the person to take me under their wing. Have aspirations of attending TCU Ranch Management in the coming years so just looking to build up that knowledge.



Have a horse and dog that I’d like to bring wherever but not required if they wouldn’t be allowed. Have some preferred areas I’d like to experience but not required.
