17" Circle Y - Desert Creek Classic Rancher

This saddle features a 17" hard seat, 4 1/2" rawhide bound cantle, 6 1/2" gullet, Standard Quarter Horse bars on the rawhide wrapped association tree, post horn with leather dally wrap, leather rope strap, 14" swells, 7/8 drop rigging, 6 long leather ties, metal stirrups, back cinch, new front cinch, new latigo, new off billet, brand new wool fleece, and weight is around 40 pounds.

A generous 14" leather-covered pommel with leg cuts makes sure you’re in position and have the leverage you need to keep the cattle on their toes. The 5" pencil roll cantle with rawhide binding provides support when you need it and the confidence to get work done. These Circle Y Ranching saddles are some of most comfortable saddles you’ll find for long days in the saddle. And, in that hard to find 17" seat! We just put brand new wool fleece on it and the saddle is ready to go! There are a couple dark spots you can see in the posts on the saddle. Not sure what they are from but there is a little surface cracking on just those spots. We conditioned and oiled it really good, and I do believe after time they will simply blend in, but you hardly notice them and it’s just a little area of surface cracks. You can see them in the pictures.
