Description:
Seeking to hire 1-2 motivated individuals for the fall hunting season. 8/25-11/25. Backcountry hunting outfit located near Grand Junction, CO

Solid horse experience a must.

Duties include: Saddling and caring for pack and riding stock. Packing clients, meat, gear, and staff in and out of the backcountry. Camp setup and takedown. Hooking up and towing trailers. Must be able to lift 100lbs. Must be reliable and able to work independently during long and sometimes uncomfortable hours. Salary plus tips and per diem. Up to five weeks paid time off during the short 3 month season. Room and board provided in shared bunkhouse or wall tents while in camp. Can bring your own horse and tack if you’d like.
