And the whole story in between! But I’ll try to control myself, LOL. Gunners Nu Chex aka Minnie is a FULL SISTER to Black Tie Gunner, the Colonels Lone Gun son I sold to a client in AUSTRALIA years ago. I have been in love with this mare since I met her and bought her as a 2 year old. We started her under saddle, and she was so easy, super talented, kind and very athletic! Also very cowy! But she injured her stifle (minor), so I bred her as a 3 year old to give her a break from training, but it just wasn’t in the financial cards at the time to put her back in training at 4 to get her shown, as I was moving across the country. So, she never got finished or shown but has been an OUTSTANDING producer for us and that’s actually why I am even considering letting such a special mare go to a special new home, I have kept most of her daughters. You can see her grulla splash white filly by Dun Splash Of Cream this year on our website, she sold at birth for $15,000 and will be going to California. I have more pictures and video of her past foals, including her first foal, a blue eyed grulla colt by Reeds Poco Vandyke, but I can’t attach all the pictures here.
