Description:
Cowan Select Horses in north central Montana is seeking an assistant horse trainer with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.



Duties include assisting in the starting and training of young horses, performance horses, sale prospects, and ranch geldings. Other responsibilities are foaling out mares, winter feeding, general ranch work, and facility maintenance.



Experience with young horses is necessary. Knowledge of roping, cattle handling, and herd health is preferable.



We offer a competitive salary, housing, and beef along with a substantial benefits package after probationary period.
