- 24’ on the floor, 20’ stock 4’ tack

- 7’2”H x 7’W - inside stock measurements

- Tack has a screen door, 2 sliding windows with screens, 4 adjusting saddle racks, 4 saddle pad bars, lots of hooks, 2 brush boxes and fits a queen sized mattress in the gooseneck with room to spare.

- Stock has all the makings to add plexiglass windows, escape door, one center gate, back door has slider gate,

- We can fit our 3 regular sized QHs in the front with the center gate closed, I think it would fit 6 easily, possibly 7.

- LED lights inside stock and deck and 2 out the back - all work

- Original tires have 45-50% tread left - shows how little it’s been used

- Bearings and brakes are good

- Previous owners put a dent in the front corner on the gooseneck cosmetic.
