He is very accustomed to sorting and dragging calves, and an absolute favorite to doctor and ship cattle on. Blueberry has super smooth transitions and has a trot and lope as smooth as glass. He guides around easily with a cute turn around and a big stop. Blueberry side passes both ways and will cross any kind of obstacle you can find! He is safe around traffic and machinery and is the kind of horse that is always level headed and calm even with substantial time off. Our children have rode Blueberry through the Palo Duro Canyon and the Canadian river, they’ve also used him to bring the ropings steers up and help gather cattle.
