Estes Saddlery Packer Ranch Saddle, by Ted N. Estes.

This saddle was made for myself, and has less than two hours of pleasure riding on it, so I’m selling it "as-new". I decided I wanted less swell, so it’s on the market. Inside is a Warren Wright heavy-duty tree- Packer swells measuring 14" with a 16" seat, 4" cantle, 12 3/4" bar spread (93 degrees), 6 1/2" gullet. The tree has a wood post horn with the cap finishing at 4 1/4". This saddle will fit a variety of horses VERY WELL. Harwood hardware was used with the "O" rigging being in the 3/4 position; "O" rings are 4" (inside measurement), so the saddle is considered a "heavy-duty" rig. Beautiful light chestnut number 1 select skirting used throughout- heavy, 13/15 oz. The comfort of the ground seat is as good as it gets! You sit down very low and the rig has the "sit in," NOT "sit-on" feel- ALL DAY riding comfort. As seen, I did a combination serpintine border mixed with some floral, copper rose carving which gives the saddle a very distinct appearance. There’s a very thin scar on the near seat leather coming up from the middle saddle string- purely cosmetic and hardly even noticeable, just being honest.
