If you’re looking to go first class, take a look at Oakley! He stands 15 hands, weighs 1225#, has that gorgeous buckskin color and is exceptionally well broke to ride.

Oakley is very soft, supple, and easy to maneuver with cues. Spin, stop, side pass, haunches in, lead changes, and speed transitions are no sweat for him. Oakley is willing, trainable, athletic and, best of all, gentle every time you saddle him.

We have hauled him to team roping practice, ranch rodeos, team sortings, trail rides and even our annual Good Friday Pony Express ride! Oakley has been ridden by all levels of riders here at the ranch and definitely proven to be a dependable mount. We have been roping the sled and slow cattle on him, as well as round pen sorting where he is showing a lot of promise. The nice part about Oakley is right after I get done roping or sorting on him, my 8 yr old daughter can hop on him and he will take care of her.

I have also ridden him along major highways, through downtown Preston, across water, and hauled him to several trail rides, where he was always a pleasure to ride. Oakley is an all around well broke gelding with brains, athleticism, and eye appeal that I am very proud to offer. Current on coggins, dental, deworming, farrier and vaccinations!
