Ranch job available near Keeline, WY.

Have opening for an experienced, man on large generational family cow/calf ranch/farm/irrigated pivot operation.

Duties include all aspects of cattle work, fencing, some haying and crop farming. Large equipment (tractors, balers, combines, grain drills, etc. are used.) Vehicle and large equipment repair and maintenance skills a Definite plus. Atv’s used for gathering cattle.

Must be honest, reliable self starter who can work alone or with others as needed, and have valid drivers license, clean background. Looking for long term employee.

We don’t ask anything of you that we haven’t or don’t do ourselves. Sorry, we do not have room for horses or cattle.

Nice smaller furnished home recently updated (therefore, no smoking allowed in the home) Utilities, and work vehicle also provided. Salary will be discussed based on experience/skill level with room for earned raise after some time.

We value good employees so please provide resume, solid references from past employers and work experience. We realize young people may not have a lengthy resume, don’t let that discourage you from applying. An in-person interview will be required and you may rise to the top.

College degrees are Not required. We believe both parties benefit the most from an in-person discussion and opportunities given. Strong work ethic, honesty, experience, respect for equipment, dedication and commitment are most important to us. We don’t expect you to know everything and are willing to teach some things but, we can’t start from scratch so please be up-front about your skills and knowledge.
