I知 a single female in great physical condition with over 50 years of equine and ranching experience. With a background in Landscaping, Real Estate, Land Management, Overall Property Management I can confidently take care of pretty much any property.



I do have two horses I’ll bring with me. I’m a trainer and intend to continue working horses, so a property that has an arena (preferably covered) is imperative.

I own a small ranch in SW Colorado and want to get back to that state after living and training/caretaking primarily in Texas but also in AZ, NM and Ca and Hawaii.

I have a vast resume that I can forward to you.

I知 a cow horse trainer, with background in cutting, colt starting and beginner to experienced for riders.



I致e owned and operated my own ranch in Durango, Co for 10 years~ developing experience in irrigation as well as all aspects of running a ranch/boarding/training center.





I知 excellent with horses and can put a nice finish on a horse.

I知 currently in NC Texas helping run a cutting ranch and want to reduce the drive time to my place in Cortez, Colorado so I can be more hands-on with the property when need be.
