23 Black, Red, and Brockle home raised heifers. 6 Reds, 17 black/black brockles. Base elevation 7200’, run up to 10,500’. Out of Angus & Herford bulls that PAP under 40 at elevation. Should make 1200 pound cows at elevation. Estimate 7+ weights right now. Bangs vaccinated in February. Pretty even, quiet, well-built group. Just pulled off winter pasture April 1 where they grazed fields and supplemented with 1 pound cake per day. In the bunks with good grass hay now. Will make a nice set of cows. Treated ringworm with iodine, is clearing/some cleared.
