Description:
Denali is a 15.3hh stout 8 year old flea bitten grey. He wears a size 3 shoe and has strong feet. He just got a new set of shoes 3/20/23. He is big boned and very sure footed. He is a big circle horse, plenty of motor to go all day and lots of cow in him. He does best with consistent use and a confident rider. He has spent a lot of time in a feedlot and is good with gates and really fun to sort on. He gets a little hot in a small alley sorting big groups but doesn’t get beat very easily. You can rope off of him but he’s not very good in a branding trap. I’ve done more tagging young calves off of him than branding so with time he may improve. He is a little watchy and not great about getting his feet handled but I’ve always been able to keep him shod without a problem. He has an incredible ground covering walk and smooth gates. For those who can’t see past it, he is BLM branded. He has a blemish on his left eye but it doesn’t seem to effect his vision at all. Great with trailering, bathing, can clip his bridle path, and he is good with dogs. Current coggins. Asking $5,000.00
