Description:
JC was started under saddle Sept. of 2022 by Clinton Anderson Ambassador, Connie Harris of Stephenville TX. I wanted JC to have time to mature before being started under saddle. From the time I bought her at 2 years old, I have ponied her extensively. She will cross water, over and under bridges, up and down steep hills, over logs and in deep sand. She has been overnighted at mounted shooting events and took well to gunfire. She has been shown at local shows in Halter and Trail in Hand classes. Hauled all over Calif and part of Texas for trail riding. She is an easy keeper, gets along well with other horses and likes to stay busy! She has a lot of draw to cattle, we just haven’t had the opportunity to let her work cattle.



You can pony her or pony off of her. Knows how to lunge, eats/drinks in the trailer and hauls well even on long trailer rides. Good with dogs, and the farrier, (she is good with the vet until it comes times to give shots, then she needs to be twitched) ties, bathes, saddles and bridles, blanket and fly masks/spray with no problems.

Walk, trot, loping both directions, going on trail rides, being trained and worked daily on trail obstacles and for the Ranch Riding classes until she strained her right hind Suspensory ligament (fence incident) in February 2023 and will need 2-4 more months off to completely heal.



I am happy to share recent ultrasounds, and let serious prospective buyers speak to the treating veterinarian and I welcome pre-purchase exams.



I need to have both hips replaced and am putting that off as long as possible and taking precautions to keep from having to have these surgeries. So I am wanting to have a horse that is well broke.



JC is up to date on feet, Coggins, teeth, worming and vaccines. A great home is a must. Please note: I would rather trade for another horse then have sell her.
