Long time in business, but we recently purchased a 350 acre in North central Texas. 40-50 hd cow/calf ranch, which has about 30 acres of irrigated hay fields. in need of some TLC. Looking for a long term, FT, detail oriented, self starter. Organizational skills are a must. Suited for individual or older couple. Must live on ranch!!



Feed, run tractors, skid steer, reel irrigation system, hay equipment, etc. Require maintenance of equipment and fences. Keep pastures free from weeds, mesquite (as much as possible). Light plumbing, welding, electrical, construction, and normal farm and ranch maintenance. Mow around houses, weed eat. Keeping weeds down on fence lines a must. 5 1/2 days a week.



We have a small, 650 sq ft, 2 bd.2 ba house includes internet and satellite TV.
