Description:
WW Land Group’s property management division is seeking a full time Ranch & Farm Assistant Manager to be located in Farson,WY. This position is a year round salaried job with 60 days off during the winter months, company vehicle, and housing is provided. We encourage applicants with experience in the following categories to apply but we are willing to train the “right” candidate:

- Farm equipment and machinery operating

- Flood and Center Pivot Irrigation

- Livestock Care

- Basic mechanical skills

- Horseback Confident

- Welding

WW is managing 6 farms & ranches in 2024 that will harvest 3,000 ton of hay, monitoring 1,000 head of yearlings in the fall and loading semi tractor trailers to transport hay for our customers US wide. This position has the ability to progress into a management position in the future.

A two bedroom house is provided, up to 4 horses allowed and we will provide the hay, 400lbs of beef provided annually.
