Description:
Seeking experienced individual or couple (preferred) to live on site and manage a horse boarding facility and the continued transformation into an equestrian center. Currently have 13 stalls with plans to double size when appropriate. Recently completed new 100’ x 200" indoor riding arena and new 60" round pen. Nice 3 bedroom house and two trailers located on site. Located on 47 acres and owner lives on property. Candidates must be drug free and no alcohol issues - Christian couple would be excellent.
