With his golden coat and glowing white mane and tail, he can’t be missed. But it’s not all about his strapping good looks. This guy’s personality, conformation, rocking chair lope and easy cadence make him the total package.

Barracuda keeps a level head on his shoulders no matter where he is. Pull the tube up the river, drop the mail off up town, stand still for a volleyball team photo shoot, or hit the trails, he’s the same horse regardless of what we ask him. Although his favorite gear is slow, he has a great jog, can step out for a ground covering trot, and lopes on a cloud! He is happy to go as fast or slow as you ask, and is easy to operate.

Take him to town and prepare to be noticed! In the show ring he willingly goes through all the trail obstacles, handles all the traffic and is unfazed by the commotion.

Don’t take it personal if he’s the last one to you when you call everyone up from the pasture. It certainly isn’t because he doesn’t want to see you. It’s really because his herd instinct is dialed way down and it does not bother him at all to be left behind. Truth is he thinks more like a human than a horse which makes him the perfect companion!

There was absolutely no "getting him used to" things like the ball, tarps, whips, gun fire, etc. he already knew there was nothing to worry about! It’s unbelievable how quiet he is! It was just as easy to teach him to lay down, anything to relax and enjoy life, sign him up!
