Description:
Full time Ranch hand wanted for a family owned and operated cow/calf operation located north of Halsey, Nebraska.



We are Looking for a self-motivated, honest, and reliable person with a valid driver’s license and available references. The Position requires you to work with others and independently as the tasks requires.



The job includes building and repairing fence, calving, feeding, maintaining and repairing equipment, checking pastures/windmills, haying, putting out salt/mineral, moving/working cattle, yard and vehicle maintenance, and other day-to-day ranch chores/duties. We regularly use ATVs as well as a chute and calf table for branding, but there are some seasonal opportunities for horse work.



This position includes employer provided housing, freezer beef, and a competitive salary (DOE) as well of use of ranch vehicles for work related travel.
