Description:
Nebraska Sandhills ranch seeking seasonal ranch hand with the possible opportunity for a full-time position for the right person.



Looking for a reliable, honest person who is teachable, takes pride in their work, self-motivated and a quick learner. A valid driver’s license is required. Position requires you to work alone as well as with others.



The position includes calving in inclement weather, spotting and doctoring sick cattle, feeding, moving and working cattle on horseback, starting young horses, checking pastures, putting out salt and mineral, haying, checking/maintaining windmills, building/maintaining fences, and other ranch duties. AI experience preferred but can train the right person.



Housing and utilities provided for a single person. Wages based on the candidate’s experience. There is room for two personal horses but ranch horses available if needed.
