Description:
Wild Night aka Pumba is a classy gelding that is incredibly talented, smart, and has the total wow factor! Standing 15 hands and weighing 1200 lbs this stellar gelding is strong and handy sized! Pumba is a finished ranch horse in every sense of the title. He been used extensively to doctor cattle out on wheat, gather and ship. We also use him every year for spring works. He is awesome to sort and drag calves on, he stays quiet under high pressure situations. Pumba has tons of heart and will try for you all day. This horse NEVER has a bad day! Saddle him at 5 am when he has had a month off and go right to work he will not ever be fresh. Pumba has extra fancy spins, a huge stop, easy transitions, and plenty of run and rate when you need it. Pumba could very easily be shown in the ranch riding or ranch versatility classes. He has a great lead change, we have steer stopped on him, he has a lot of expression on a cow and boxes well. Pumba crosses water and any other obstacle you will find with confidence and ease, he is safe around heavy machinery, traffic, and dogs. Pumba is as good on paper as he is in person! He is by Mr Peppy Freckles who has produced over $790K and out of the mare Wild Lil Child who has produced over $50K!
