Hello All – I’ll try to keep it short. My name is Chase Williams, single 25 years old from Northwest Arkansas. Currently looking for a full time ranch hand position on a cattle ranch. Amiable to moving anywhere, but would prefer to move north-northwest (CO, WY, MT, ID, OR). Not looking for just a cowboying position, interested in learning about all facets of ranching, not just horses/cattle/roping, but would still like time in the saddle. Not going to pretend to be an expert ranch hand, because I am not. What I am is a hard worker with a good attitude and ability/desire to learn quickly and ask concise questions. I can work by myself or in a team, I don’t need to be micromanaged once I know what to do and how to do it.



I worked on cattle operations throughout high school and college. I have two degrees, one in AgBusiness - Animal Science and one in Accounting. I currently work as the operations and financial director for a regional real estate development company and worked as a public accountant before that. The business world is not for me, not right now at least. Ranching is what I’ve wanted to do, it’s what I went to school for, and that’s where I’d like to head. Realistically I can start sometime between February and March of 2023. I need to have time to wrap up with my current employer due to the nature of my current position.



Please feel free to reach out for a resume and references upon request. Just seeing what’s out there right now. By no means do I need to leave my current job in a hurry. I’d be glad to visit over the phone and come for an in-person visit for the right operation.
