Looking for a long term outfit to plant roots in a family environment. Military veteran, previous ranch experience (gather, sort, ship, AI, brand, doctor etc), experience with calving but not first time heifers, prefer ATV or dirt bikes, can operate any piece of machinery you’ve got and can also do maintenance, especially heavy equipment, experience haying, irrigating. Also plenty of supervisory experience. I like things organized, done the right way and in a timely manner. No smoking, no drinking, no nonsense.

My wife has ranch experience, way more experience horseback but also ATV. She has managerial, accounting, bookkeeping and customer service experience. We do have children and pets (dogs and cats). We don’t mind remote living at all as that’s what we prefer. Housing is a must. If you think we could be a match please comment and I’ll contact you. Looking to go anywhere in Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, Kansas or Texas. May entertain other places if it’s the right fit. Have references on hand, background checks are welcomed, clean driving records etc. It is extremely important that we find the right fit in a family friendly and safe environment, we want this to be long term.
