Let me introduce Keystone! This gelding has a kind gentle eye matched with the sweetest puppy dog personality that is a 7 year old and stands 14.3h. Keystone has had a full time career as a ranch horse. He is top notch to rope and doctor cattle on. He works a rope and is stout to the horn. Keystone also has a lot of cow and is a blast to sort and ship on. He is completely safe for riders of any age or experience. Keystone is a perfect mount for all around riding in any discipline. He has a great neck rein and a correct spin, stop, and side pass both directions. He will also ride around nicely and happily do any of the above bridleless. Keystone’s trot and lope are to die for. He is exceptionally smooth and keeps you in one place in the saddle as he goes easily on a draped rein. He is phenomenal on trails as he travels confidently across any terrain presented to him and always keeps his rider safe and comfortable. Keystone stays the same honest horse wether he is ridden every day or has had months off between rides. He never gets fresh or tries any nonsense. This gelding is extremely forgiving and well trained. He has safely packed a 5yr old little girl through the Palo Duro Canyon and through all the ranch chores. Keystone also has those iconic ranch horse manners we all know and love. He ground ties exceptional and stands like a statue to brush saddle and bath. PPEs are welcome before the auction concludes.
