Description:
Ruger’s dam is a very athletic mare & he is too. Ruger is very light & responsive - learns super quick. He will put his nose down to put the halter on, he offered to do this I didn’t teach him. He string tests out to be between 15 -15.1h mature height.

I have 2 super nice 2yr old AQHA buckskin geldings for sale.(See other ad for "Chisum") I bought them still on their dams. They spent the first winter in at the barn & learned to catch, halter, trim feet & pony off a saddle horse. After that they have been raised out at pasture running in a heard of geldings. After weaning he has not been grained except for coming to the barn to be worked with, raised on good hard grass & is an easy keeper. They are good to catch, trim, worm & handle in general. I live on a river so they will pony across the river. I am 72 yrs old and had a young fellow lined up to start them for me but he moved & I can’t find anyone else, so they are for sale & ready to go to work for you.
