Description:
Affectionately known as Yankee, he’s a true fairytale horse. Without a doubt as nice of a horse as we’ve ever offered for sale. He will steal your heart with his stunning looks and amazing personality. Not to mention, he’s a trained money winning Reiner that we have also ridden outside extensively.



Yankee is one that makes riding and owning a horse pleasurable every day. He will meet you at the gate every time you step into the barn. He’s always happy to see you. Yankee can sit for long periods of time and ride the same as he did when he was last put away; he never gets fresh or excited.



We have trusted him with our 8 year old son and 70 year old aunt in Chief Joseph Days parade with thousands of people lining the streets, and we never had a worry. He handled it like a gentleman never getting scared or excited at all.



Yankee is ready to go to the show pen in the reining or the ranch riding. He has beautiful plus spins. He will turn as fast or slow as you ask. He is a huge stopper! Circles great with super good speed control. Yankee also has a good extended trot for the ranch riding.



Yankee is no stranger to the outside world. We have used him to push cows and sort a lot. He has a lot of interest in cows. He’s safe to be ridden alone outside or in a group. He will cross water and logs easily and knows what real mountains are; he’s very sure footed.
