Don’t let his age fool you, this 3 year old AQHA gelding had the mind of an old seasoned pro! He’s standing at 14.3 and growing. He checks all the boxes your looking for! Personality, looks, shape, good mind & GENTLE!!!



Al was started in the western pleasure. He walks calm and level headed, has a smooth jog, and the nicest rocking chair lope everyone loves! He rides confident one handed and has a great handle on him. He’s got a good stop on him & is really learning how to turn around correctly. He opens & closes gates, sidepasses, and will lope right out of his tracks. His foundation is there and he’s really ready to excel in some weekend shows , 4H programs or even some ranch riding classes. Not only does Al excel in the arena, but we have been riding him outside as well. He’s rides down the trail quiet, doesn’t look or spook at anything, handles town really well, traffic safe, and he loves the water! He will walk right into the pond or cross any creek crossing. We have put him to the test & he has passed with flying colors.

We have started roping the dummy on the head side, he’s super talented and a blast to rope the dummy on! The kids have gathered steers on him as well.

Al’s personality takes the cake though! He’s the first one to greet you when you go to catch him, stand great for the farrier, loves baths, he has the biggest mane & tail too!!! He hauls like a dream & gets along with everyone! He doesn’t have any quirks or funny business whatsoever. He can be laid off for 2 weeks and just step on him & go, and he rides off like he hasn’t missed a day. He’s just got that mind. He’s great to ride bareback in a halter, and our 5 year old even rides him completely unassisted! He’s definitely a more woah than go type. Absolutely gentle & safe.



He’s an extremely easy keeper, does well in a stall or turned out! Clean legs & 100% sound! Vet checks welcome at buyers expense!
