Description:
This Blue Roan mare from Haythorn bloodlines (Hancook blood) is born on the ranch and used to cattle. Been rode around the ranch, hauled from Kansas to Downunder Horsemanship 10 days Intermediate clinic in Texas where she did great. The clinic was hard work every day and she never got sore or tired. She is very athletic and soft in her mouth, very comfortable gaits and soft in her body, can stop her with the seat and started teaching her a little bit of side passing and spinning before she was turned out to be bred.

This mare is quiet and friendly, a little shy, and stands quietly for the farrier. She tries her best when you teach her new things and picks up easily, and remembers what she’s been taught. Been doing lots of groundwork with her and she is easy to lead and move around. Loads on trailer and backs out. Been doing great with several different horses, and she just had a horse colt that she took very good care of.

The colt will be weaned now and the mare is then ready to go.

Has not been used since she was turned out and bred.

The mare is sound, does not need to be shod. She is in perfect age to take her in the direction you want. She is from a bloodline used for ranch work, but she could also be an excellent partner for someone that wants a trail riding horse and just have fun with. She produced a nice horse colt and could also fit great as a broodmare.



Only selling due to downsizing.
