Part time grounds keeper and barn manager in exchange for rent in remodeled 2 br/2 ba with utilities provided. Salary possible depending on responsibilities and experience.



40 acres and 2 homes. Possible horse accommodations. Located 30 minutes north of Decatur TX and a little over an hour from Ft. Worth.



Duties include mowing, spraying, trimming, general upkeep, weeding/watering garden, animal care, sweeping, barn maintenance and having horse and dog experience is a plus.



Ranch is a cutting horse and cattle dog operation. Lots of opportunity to do what you love.
