Meet Timmy the coolest draft cross gaited horse you’ll find anywhere. He’s as smooth as a Cadillac but broke like a quarter horse. He is absolutely 100% the most child safe, 90 yr old grandma safe horse you’ll find anywhere. He’s also the best choice you’ll find for a first time rider. He is the best insurance policy you can buy to keep your child safe.

He’s been used on a big ranch to do all daily ranch duties including gathering and penning cows and loading trucks. He is cowy and knows his job. He will side pass to open and close gates. He’s awesome to go prowl pastures on. You can shoot a gun and hunt off him. You’ve never seen a gaited horse like him.

He can really stroll and is so comfortable for a person that has a bad back or just needs an ultra smooth horse. He will gait or you can push him up and he’ll lope. He is light as a feather and neck reins with 2 fingers on the reins and is very pleasurable to ride anywhere for anyone. He rides bareback as good as he does with a saddle. The kids ride him in the lake and pull each other on inner tubes behind him. They also hold onto his tail and he’ll drag them through the water. They pull each other around in the wagon on him too. They pull each other around on a sled in the snow behind him in the winter. He truly is bomb proof.

Timmy is the very best trail horse you could ask for and has been ridden in Eminence Missouri, in Palo Duro Canyon and in the Colorado and Kiamichi mountains. He will cross water like a champ. Just give him his head and he’ll pick his way through the roughest area you point him at. He goes over logs and will cross bridges. He is not afraid of ATV’s, dogs, bicycles, deer jumping out or any other scary stuff you run across on the trails. He always has a great attitude about being ridden. To top it off he’s absolutely adorable to look at. Timmy doesn’t have any bad habits or vices. He stands for the farrier, ties, bathes, loads and hauls.

He’s been used for lessons and is the perfect lesson mount because he never sours up with different riders on and off him. He’s the same horse every ride. He’s been used in a therapeutic riding program. He goes right into the mounting block and isn’t scared of the wheelchairs coming up beside him. He is great for people that need a wide backed horse for a stable and comfy ride.

Timmy is truly a once in a lifetime safe horse that you can trust with any and every member of your family no matter how old or how small they are. Even people that come here and claim to not like gaited horses fall in love with him and fight over who gets to ride him. We haul him to our 180 acre pasture to check our cows and my friends son who is 5 rides him all over there alone. He can take off on him and never miss a beat. We all love this horse dearly and he will only go to the greatest of homes to be taken care of like the prince he is.
