Description:
This trailer is in excellent condition. I had Lichtsinn RV in Forest City Iowa, the largest Winnebago dealer in Iowa go completely through the trailer in 2021. Here is a list of what was done.

1) Replaced the anode rod in the HW heater.

2) Check the brakes, they all function and are in good condition.

3) Packed the wheel bearings.

4) Tested the refrigerator on both LP and electric. They both work.

5) Installed a NEW AIR CONDITIONER WITH HEATING.

6) New shower head, and hose.



Other features and upgrades.

1) All new LED lights on the exterior in 2021.

2) A new 4 camera wireless system with a 75’ range at 80 miles per hour.

3) Stereo

4) Wall mounted TV bracket.

5) Lighted RV style handle.

6) All new Featherlite stickers, but not installed.

7) Removable table.

8) Power cord, and receptacle adapters. 30 amp

9) Gooseneck lock.

10) Two sets of keys for the doors and windows.

11) New drop down window retainers.

12) Electric jack.

13) Stud divider.

14) Collapsible rear tack room.
