Lena is a 5 year old mare that stands approx. 15 hh and weighs close to 1,000 lbs. She’s one that strides out in her walk to cover a lot of ground! She’ll collect up but get up and go as well. Been used to work and gather pasture cattle. She’s been started on the flag and is quick on a cow! I’ve ridden many bred like her and not one has disappointed me on a cow! They were my best horses in the feedlot, in the cutting pen, in the team penning, and in the roping. Literally all the horse you need in the day of a cowboy/girl. Lena neck reins, gets off leg pressure, opens and shuts gates, stops, and is the sweetest horse on the place! Loves attention without being pushy!
