Description:
Residence/Vehicle Maintenance- Primary focus is on maintenance of the residence, outbuildings and ranch vehicles and equipment including:

Lawn care, weeding, irrigation operation and maintenance

Surveillance of all buildings and building systems to ensure that all are clean and in good working order. Communication with managers and owners regarding any issues.

Rodent patrol.

Snow removal: plowing, snow blowing and shoveling

Garbage Removal

Light carpentry, plumbing and electrical repair as directed by managers/owners

Ensure that owner’ vehicles are maintained, cleaned and readied for owners use.

Errands and other miscellaneous assistance for owners and guests.

Ranch Work- Secondary focus is on providing assistance as needed by ranch management team in all facets of beef cattle operation. Duties may include:

Fence construction, repairs and maintenance

Flood Irrigation operation and maintenance

Weed Spraying

Haying

Cattle herding, handling, feeding and care

Horse feeding and care

Maintenance and repair of ranch equipment and facilities

Salary dependent on need for housing.
